All uploaded files are stored temporarily in our CRM and immediately transferred to a secure, encrypted storage system.

Access to your documents is limited to authorized personnel only.

4. Client Responsibilities

Ensure file names are professional and identifiable (e.g., “JohnDoe_Tax2025.pdf”).

Avoid including sensitive information such as full SSNs or account numbers in file names.

Only upload documents that are legally permitted to be shared.

5. Limitations of Liability

While we take all reasonable measures to secure your documents, we are not liable for unauthorized access due to client error (e.g., including sensitive data in filenames).

By using this form, you agree that you understand the security practices in place.

Continued use of the document upload form constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
